Experiences with ING Direct

I have had only positive experiences with ING Direct in the year or so that I have had money there.

First off, the interest rate, which is a solid 4.5% right now (February 2007). I don't have a lot of extra money to put in there, but the stuff that I do it's nice to get that interest, especially since I had been with brick-and-mortar banks my whole life.
