Basics of the Ponzi Scheme

Assuming that this is a Ponzi Scheme, there are some things that are basic about it and show how it works, and how to know it's fraudulent:

- Offers abnormally high returns in a short period of time. This looks great to new investors, and that's what its supposed to do.
